Started 2003. Still here.
Lamek has been fitting out Chennai homes since 2003 — long enough that we have gone back to service kitchens we installed a decade ago. Most of what we build is modular: kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage.
We make it in our own factory rather than subcontracting it, which is the reason we can put a 10-year warranty on our work and hold a delivery date.

No renders, no stock, no catalogue images from a supplier. Every photograph in our gallery is a room we designed and built in Chennai — which is worth checking, because most interiors sites will not say that.

One team, start to finish
The people who design your home are the people who build and install it. Nothing is handed to a third-party contractor halfway through, so there is no point at which the work stops being ours.
You approve the drawings before anything is cut. Our rates are published by the square foot, and what they exclude is listed alongside them.
