- What will it cost?
- We visit your site free, measure up, and send a written estimate within 48 hours. You see the number before you commit to anything.
- How long does it take?
- A single room is quicker than a full refit; a whole flat runs close to the 6–12 weeks a new fit-out takes. We confirm your dates in writing with the estimate.
- Who actually builds it?
- We do. Our own factory has run for 15+ years, so material quality, finish and timelines stay in our hands instead of a subcontractor's.
- What if something goes wrong later?
- Our work carries a 10-year warranty. We are a Chennai firm of 23 years — we are still here when you call.

New modular units in the existing footprint, or a full replan if the plumbing allows.
Wardrobes & storage
Replacing loose furniture with fitted storage that uses the full wall height.
Ceilings & lighting
New false ceiling, rewiring and lighting layout — usually the biggest visual change per rupee.
Flooring
Overlay or full replacement, with honest advice on which your existing floor can take.
Bathrooms
Vanity, tiling and fittings, sequenced so the room is out of use for as little time as possible.
Whole-flat refresh
Room by room or all at once, phased around whether you are living there through it.
